Booking Conditions
1. Service Availability
- All bookings are subject to availability of beauticians in your selected location and time slot.
- The company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a booking in case of unforeseen
circumstances.
2. Booking Confirmation
- A booking is confirmed only after successful payment (if applicable) or confirmation notification
from the app.
- Customers must provide accurate details including name, contact number, and address for
smooth service.
3. Rescheduling & Cancellation
- Bookings can be rescheduled up to 6 hours before the appointment time (subject to availability).
- Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the service may attract a cancellation charge.
- Refunds (if any) will be processed as per the company’s refund policy.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure a safe and hygienic environment for the beautician to perform services.
- Provide necessary utilities such as water, electricity, and a comfortable working space.
- Be available at the scheduled time to avoid delays.
- Health & Safety: Customers who are suffering from fever, contagious diseases, active skin
infections/allergies, or uncontrolled medical conditions (such as diabetes/sugar patients with
wounds or skin complications) are advised not to book services for their own safety and the safety
of our beauticians.
- By booking, customers confirm they are medically fit to receive salon services.
5. Service Guarantee
- The company ensures professional and verified beauticians.
- In case of dissatisfaction, customers must raise a complaint within 24 hours of service completion
through the app’s support section.
6. Pricing & Payment
- Service charges are displayed in the app at the time of booking.
- Additional requests beyond the booked services may incur extra charges.
- Payments are processed securely through our partnered payment gateways.
7. Liability
- The company will not be responsible for any indirect damages or delays caused due to customer
unavailability, incorrect address, or external factors (traffic, weather, etc
Transaction & Payment Terms and Conditions
Payment Processing
All payments for services booked through our application are processed securely via our authorized
payment partner, Razorpay. We do not directly collect, store, or process any customer debit/credit
card numbers, bank account details, or other sensitive financial information on our servers.
Information We Retain
For the purpose of payment verification and customer support, we may retain the following
transaction-related details:
- Transaction ID
- Transaction Amount
- Date and Time of Transaction
These details are stored securely and are used only for reference in case of service queries,
disputes, or refunds.
Transaction Security
Razorpay ensures that all transactions are encrypted and carried out through secure payment
gateways. Customers are encouraged to complete payments only through the official Razorpay
interface integrated within our app.
Confirmation of Payment
Upon successful payment, customers will receive a confirmation within the app and/or via
registered email/SMS. If a payment fails or remains incomplete, services will not be scheduled until
the payment is successfully verified.
Refunds & Disputes
Any refund requests, it will take 1-3 working days, chargebacks, or disputes will be subject to our Refund Policy and Razorpay’s
terms of service. Customers must provide the transaction ID and payment confirmation details
when raising such requests for faster resolution.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are advised not to share their Your Aap, Razorpay login credentials, OTPs, or banking details with
anyone, including our support staff. We are not responsible for losses due to unauthorized access
or incorrect information entered by the customer during payment
Childrens Privacy
-Our services are designed for individual who are 18 years of age or older. we do not intentionally collect personal details from minors.
